The apartment

In a bourgeois building made of stone, this design and contemporary rental is addressed to a clientele sensitive to the interior and surrounding area.

At the entrance of the apartment, the vestibule gives access to the living room, to one of the two bedrooms and to the toilet. In front of the entrance, the double bedroom, haven of peace with the calm luminosity, reflects well the sober and modern spirit of the place. To the left, the living space brings together living room-dining room and kitchen. Elegant gray tones dominate, enhanced with red and black accents and accompanied by the warm wooden tones of the herringbone parquet and of the kitchen.

The shower room is accessed from the living room and decorated in slate and white tiles.

Finally, the living room also gives onto the second bedroom of the apartment, where opulent red satin curtains blend with the creamy and gray tones of the furniture, completing the coherence of the decoration.

The bedding & washrooms

The equipment of this design and contemporary rental are described below:

  • 2 bedrooms each with a Queen size bed (160 x 200);
  • 1 double sofa bed (140 x 200) located in the living room;
  • 1 independent shower room;
  • 1 separate toilet.

The neighborhood

Located in the heart of the rue Beauregard in the Bonne-Nouvelle district, this design and contemporary rental is ideally located in a vibrant neighborhood full of trendy restaurants and local boutiques: one is immersed in the stunning Parisian life.

Rue Beauregard owes its name to the extraordinary panorama it offered, before the construction of the buildings, from the top of the Butte-aux-Gravois, commonly known as the quarter of the Bonne-Nouvelle since the 19th century.

Around this design and contemporary rental is a historic district of Paris, dating from the 17th century. The street itself was not built until 1623 and was still in the outskirts of Paris. It is thus that the nearby Porte Saint-Denis, built on the orders of Louis XIV by the architect Nicolas-François Blondel and which is actually a triumphal arch, is actually on the site of a an old door of the Charles V city wall, built around Paris between 1356 and 1383. The architectural similarities between Porte Saint-Martin and Porte Saint-Denis are due to the fact that Blondel had as his disciple the architect in charge of the works of Saint Martin.

The French gastronomy is at rendezvous in many restaurants around. Inspired by Michel Strogoff, Jules Verne's novel of adventures, the founders of the Strogoff restaurant take the most adventurous to the discovery of the classic Tartar, declined in audacious combinations.

Lovers of Italian cuisine can take refuge in Pratolina, placed under the sign of natural cuisine: Giuseppe Lombardi, the native restaurateur of Sicily, makes Mediterranean cuisine faithful to the flavors of the Italian peninsula.

26 rue de la Lune: the address is ideal for a rendezvous of night owls. This is where the Distrait, a cocktail bar renowned for its tailor-made creations at the discretion of the inspirations and the seasons, makes one dream in its cozy and futuristic setting at the same time.

Finally the shopping spot to discover, the Lorafolk showroom (only by appointment) dresses the ladies in a Parisian style, ethereal and romantic but with a hint of seduction. The noble materials, Calais lace, tulle and muslin hand embroidered, promote impeccable cuts and mutinous details.

On Boulevard Poissonnière are the two sacred monsters of the Paris movie theaters, the Max Linder Panorama and the Grand Rex. These two historical rooms are the guardians of a glorious past: the Max Linder Panorama was inaugurated by Max Linder himself in 1919, while the Grand Rex, famous for its ceiling at a height of 30 meters, is a replica of the Radio City Music Hall of New York.
